Here is an invitation I came up with, inspired by the recent trend of ombre, which is a popular dying technique for the hair… kind of like a fade into a lighter color. In college, we referred to this look as a “gradient.” It can also similar to a tie-dye technique.
I achieved this look using my watercolors. I chose a bright blue for this set, but it can be made in any color you’d like!
Watercolor Ombre Invitation Set includes: 5×7″ Invitation and coordinating white envelope, RSVP Postcard, and Save the Date.
The invitation has holes punched and is strung with thread tied into a bow.
The back has a reverse of the names and drop shadow.
RSVP Postcard can be mailed back without requiring an envelope.
